We have made continuous investments in the R&D of micro air compressor motor. Our simulation laboratory supports ongoing optimization in areas such as vibration, heat dissipation, noise, and efficiency. Our materials laboratory conducts continuous testing and development of cylinder materials, powder metallurgy, and lubrication materials to find the optimal solutions. In 2021, we took the lead in establishing industry standards. We have obtained 45 patents in the field of portable air pumps.
With 8 years of deep cultivation in the electric-assisted bicycle industry, QiCYCLE has established multiple research and development centers, possessing the in-house capability to independently develop everything from aluminum alloy frame structures to the three-electric system. This enables us to break free from the constraints of product homogeneity in the bicycle industry, paving the way for highly customized electric-assisted bicycle products that excel in both appearance and riding experience. We own 81 patents related to electric assist.
The fully automatic movement production line designed by qicycle perfectly solves the consistency problem of bearing static pressure and other processes. Effectively improve production efficiency and yield. Ensure that each movement can have stable performance. Proprietary factory, cumulative production exceeds 3.72 million units. The factory has the capacity to produce 3 million air pumps and 100,000 electric-assisted bicycles per year. The factory passed IATF 16949:2016 (automotive quality management system)GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015. The product quality is stable, there are no quality incidents, and it meets Xiaomi’s A-level quality assessment requirements.
