Warranty Policy

QiCYCLE provide E-bikes with a two-year warranty on the whole bike and ten years on the frame. 



1.1 QiCYCLE provide E-bikes a two-year warranty for the whole bike and ten years for the frame for quality problems caused by manufacturing defects or material defects. All original components are warranted for two years from the date of delivery.

1.2 This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of a defective frame, defective product, or defective parts to make up for the consumer losses. 

1.3 Proof of purchase is required. 

1.4 Repairs under this warranty must be submitted on the QiCYCLE APP. 

1.5 Repairs or replacements within the warranty period will not extend the warranty period. 

1.6 We recommend that you keep your box for shipping. If you need a new shipping box, we will send you one for an additional fee. 

1.7 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly or follow-up maintenance, or parts or accessories added by user themselves. 

1.8 The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, corrosion. 

1.9 Modifications of the frame or parts shall void this warranty. 

1.10 QiCYCLE is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. 

1.11 This warranty does not affect any statutory rights of consumers. 



2.1 Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall QiCYCLE or any QiCYCLE dealer (seller) be liable for any damages, including but not limited to special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this QiCYCLE E-bikes and/or this any other products or materials mentioned in the manual, even if QiCYCLE has been advised of the possibility of such damage. 

2.2 This disclaimer does not affect the statutory rights of consumers.
